 BIG WEEKEND IN SIOUX CITY

EXPLORERS HOST LINCOLN

 

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Sioux City Explorers return home after the three-day American Association All-Star break to host the Lincoln Saltdogs in a four-game weekend series beginning tonight at 7:05 p.m. at Mercy One Field at Lewis and Clark Park. The X’s took two of three last weekend on the road over the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks and are in the thick of the West Division race with 40 games to go in the season. The Explorers are playing solid baseball and have a solid weekend of promotions to match.

Thirsty Thursday: $1 on any select canned beer or select Pepsi canned soda!

 

Friday July 21 – 7:05 p.m.

Military Sunday— all military personnel can buy one ticket and receive one FREE with valid ID! Sunday is also Bark in the Park Day, so bring your furry friends out to enjoy the game with you! Water and treats will be available for all dogs! Sunday is also Family Fun Day—

(1) Reserved seat game ticket, (1) hot dog, and (1) bottled Pepsi for ONLY $13 per family member! After the game, kids can enjoy running the bases like their favorite Explorer!

Following the series against Lincoln, the Explorers will travel to Canada to face the Winnipeg Goldeyes–their only trip north of the border this season—for three games July 25-27. The team will return home July 28 to face the division-leading Kansas City Monarchs in a three-game series.
