ALCOHOL POLICY
The Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club LLC enforces the following alcohol serving policy: Everyone must be 21 years of age and present positive state-issued photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Service will cease at the end of the 7th Inning. The Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club LLC reserves the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the management and also reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason.
ANIMALS
Certified seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park. No other animals are allowed within the ballpark, unless otherwise permitted by management.
AUTOGRAPHS
A half an hour before each home game near the X’s bullpen along the left field foul line players will be available to sign autographs. Post-game autographs will also take place with the entire team after select games.
BAGS
Backpacks, diaper bags and other bags are permitted at MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park, provided they can fit under your seat. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited within the ballpark without prior consent from Explorers management. Fans may display a sign only if it is in good taste and does not pose an inconvenience to other fans. Nothing may be hung over the field side walls where it could interfere with the game.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES

CHANGING TABLES
Infant changing tables are located in the main restrooms on the concourse level.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club is committed to providing its fans with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene in order to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Inappropriate attire
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Disruption of the game or an unauthorized individual on the playing field
- Smoking inside Mercy Field at Lewis & Clark Park
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Game Day Staff member for assistance.
CONCESSIONS
There is a wide variety of food and beverage options at the stadium, located near the main gates on the main concourse and unto the Bullpen Party Deck.
DONATIONS AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
All donation requests should be made in writing and dropped off, mailed or faxed to the Sioux City Explorers at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. The nature of the request should be accompanied by sponsoring organization and purpose. We apologize in advance that all donation requests cannot be accommodated. ELEVATOR
The elevator at MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park is located near the concessions at the 3rd Base Entry Gate. Access to the main seating bowl and luxury suites is available via the elevator.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Part-time and game day positions are available at MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park. Most shifts are during evenings and weekends. Stop down to the X’s Front Office located at MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park to fill out an application starting April 1st.
FAN INTERFERENCE
Interference with a ball in play and trespassing onto the playing field are strictly prohibited by Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club policy. Fans that violate this policy are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution. Please not that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.

Letters to Explorers players and personnel should be addressed to that individual and sent to the Sioux City Explorers address of 3400 Line Drive, Sioux City, IA 51106
FAN SERVICES
Eager to serve our fans needs, the Fan Service Representative is available to answer questions and make sure fans are having a great time at the ballpark. Fan Services is located in our Team Shop directly behind the main concession stand. Game Day Staff members are also available to service our fans and located throughout the seating bowl.

GATE POLICY
The City of Sioux City, along with the Sioux City Explorers, prohibits food or beverage, bottles, cans or containers of any kind brought into MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park. Infant formula and bottles is the only exception. Fans may exit MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park at any time. Fans are advised to keep their tickets in the event they need to leave the ballpark and return.
GROUP RATES AND PICNICS
The Explorers offer special group rates starting for parties of 20 or more for all home games. Picnic packages are also available for the 2024 season for parties of 25 or more. We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. HANDICAPPED SEATING/WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Handicapped and wheelchair seating are available in the Box Seats and BBQ Deck, as well as permanent companion seating. Prices are the same as the sections they are located in.
LOST & FOUND
Please report any found items to an Explorers employee, Game Day Staff member, or bring them to Fan Services located in our Team Shop.
NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGERS
If you are interested in singing the Star Spangled Banner or O’ Canada at the home Explorers games, please call (712) 277-9467.
PARKING
Parking is available around MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park. There is a $2.00 parking fee per car starting an hour before gametime. Parking is at your own risk. The Sioux City Explorers, City of Sioux City and American Association are not liable to any damage incurred due to foul balls or home runs that may travel into the parking areas. Parking Lot Attendants are available to help with any questions you may have.
PROGRAMS
Sioux City Explorers souvenir programs are available for purchase during the game at the Program Stand on the main concourse.
RAIN POLICY
In the event that a home Sioux City Explorers game is postponed or cancelled due to weather, all fans have the opportunity to trade in their tickets for any future regular season home game at no extra cost (excluding seat upgrades or 3rd and 4th of July). If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Explorers Box Office at 712-277-9467.
SAFETY
Batted and thrown baseballs are extremely dangerous and may, at any time, enter the seating area. Please keep alert at all times, as the Explorers, City of Sioux City and American Association are not liable for any accidents that occur incidental to the game of baseball.

Pocket Schedules are available throughout Mercy One Field at Lewis & Clark Park. You can also find them throughout the Siouxland area at various locations.
SMOKING POLICY
In accordance with the State of Iowa, smoking is not permitted inside the gates at Mercy One Field at Lewis & Clark Park. This includes the Luxury Suites and Bullpen Party Deck. Smoking is permitted outside the main gates of Mercy One Field at Lewis & Clark Park, near the parking lot.

TAILGATING
Tailgating is allowed in the Lewis & Clark Park parking lot prior to X’s home games, prior to arrival contact the X’s box office to ensure availability.
TEAM SHOP
A complete line of official X’s merchandise is available at the X’s Team Shop located inside MercyOne Field at Lewis & Clark Park. Souvenirs may be purchased with cash, check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. All mail orders will be subject to shipping and handling charges. The X’s Team Shop is open during each home game, along with normal office hours, Monday – Friday.
TOURS

X’S TICKET POLICY
- There are three seating options for fans: Box Seats, Reserved Seats and General Admission.
- Individual ticket prices are as follows: Box Seats: $13.00 in advance, $15.00 on the day of game, Reserved Seats: $11.00 in advance, $13.00 on the day of game, General Admission: $8.00 in advance, $10.00 on the day of game. Seniors (62 and up), Kids (12 and under) and Military receive $1.00 discount on Reserved seating only.
All ticket prices will increase by $2 for July 3 & 4 home games. - Every person who needs a seats, needs a ticket.
- The Explorers accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
- Ticket reservations may be made in advance over the phone with a Mastercard, Visa or Discover and may be picked up at Mercy One Field at Lewis & Clark Park Will Call window upon arrival at the game. Call (712) 277-9467 for ticket reservations during normal business hours.
- Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day through our website, additional fee may apply.
- Once tickets are received by a party, it is the sole responsibility of that party to ensure the security of their tickets.
- All ticket orders are final regardless of if they are ordered over the phone, purchased at the X’s Box Office or over the internet.
