Josh Hinz will also return for his second season as Hitting Coach for Sioux City. Hinz joined Sioux City after spending 2022 as the Assistant Manager for the 2022 USPBL Champion Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers. He also served as an assistant coach for the University of Northwestern Ohio in 2023.
Hinz graduated from the University of North Texas in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree, majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Psychology. He is from Dallas, Texas and attended Justin Northwest High School where he played football, baseball, basketball and soccer.
He and his wife Victoria were married during the 2023 season and make their home in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
